Slashdot | Series on Wizard Of the Coast - wow, big news for my mates back home, Wizards of the Coast has been bought out by, of all people, Hasbro. SO, it looks like a lot of the games will be changing... probably dumbed down. For those that don't know, Wizards of the Coast has been the most successful games company in a long time, and have released killers such as Magic: the Gathering, and the Pokemon Card game. They also bought out TSR, so they own all of the AD&D stuff. - have a read of the two articles, it's kinda a history of the company, sorta.
